At 66 years old, Alison Weihe is rewriting the rules of success.
An award-winning entrepreneur, author, speaker, coach and philanthropist, Weihe has spent decades bridging divides.
Embracing her sixties as a new chapter, she now guides others to live intentionally.
“I have found that people respect my silver hair and the wisdom of my lived experience as a political activist, as an entrepreneur and now as a speaker and writer."
"But I am very youthful in my manner, so most people do not realise my age because of the intensity of purpose I live my life in,” she said.
Growing up, I wondered if I'd been delivered to the wrong address. My parents and my siblings were extremely sporty and academic. I was the quiet shy child wanting to be invisible. I found my refuge in my love of animals and in reading. I became a sensitive observer of the world around me.
On the surface, our lives seemed idyllic. But underneath that apparent facade was a deeper double life that no one knew about, not even my best friend at school.
I used to think ageing meant becoming invisible. Slowing down. Shrinking into a version of yourself the world expects you to be.
But at 60, I did the opposite.
I rewrote the story.
How often do we pause in our busy lives to hear another voice, our inner voice? In this complex, messy, war-torn, media-fueled, relentless world of immediate demands and immediate gratification, sometimes all we hear is the cacophony of the world.
At the age of 60, I paused. I was at a crossroads in my life. I had been the public face of our company, Creative Stone, for 20 years. I knew it was time for a new era and time to let our leadership team own their own narrative and develop their own unique voices.

Alison’s review:
Being a guest on the Elite Expert Insider Podcast with Melanie and Jenn was an experience that left a deep imprint on my heart. Our conversation wasn’t just an interview — it was a soul-level exchange rooted in authenticity, courage, and connection.
Together, we explored what it truly means to discover your voice — not as something outside of you, but as a truth you come home to. We spoke about the emotional discomfort that often accompanies real transformation, the tender work of becoming emotionally intelligent, and the courage it takes to choose vulnerability over perfection.
One of the most meaningful parts of our discussion was the focus on identity — how it's not a title or a role, but a layered unfolding of who you’ve always been beneath the noise. We also touched on the importance of finding safe, aligned communities that hold space for you to rise, evolve, and fully be seen.
For every woman who feels like she’s navigating the space between who she was and who she’s becoming — this conversation was created with you in mind. It’s an invitation back to your voice, your truth, and your wholeness.
I’m deeply grateful to Melanie and Jenn for creating such an open, sacred container for this dialogue. Thank you for allowing me to share a piece of my journey on your powerful platform.
